Answering The Siren's Call...Le Sirenuse, Positano
I do hope you will all forgive me for neglecting my blog lately...sometimes there just are not enough hours in the day to do it all. But here I am today, to take you on a little virtual jaunt to Positano, Italy to visit a hotel that has been on my personal bucket list for a very long time - Le Sirenuse. The hotel is named for the legendary sirens that once inhabited the nearby rocky islands - the sirens of myth were beautiful creatures who sang and played such enchanting music that fisherman were lured to the rocks where their ships would become wrecked and the fisherman would forever be captured by the sirens. The sirens may be legends of mythology, but Le Sirenuse has been capturing the hearts and minds of travelers for many years.

I am very much looking forward to falling under the spell of Le Sirenuse myself this spring. I am literally counting the days...45 to go...
