Virtuoso's "Best of the Best" for 2016

I can't wait to read the various lists published each year by magazines detailing the finest hotels in the world.  But the one I really wait for every year is bible for Virtuoso - their annual "Best of the Best" issue.  I received my copy in the mail last week and I have been savoring all 634 pages of it ever since.
