Friday Favorites ~ The Raffles Hotel Singapore

I thought it would be fun to begin a new series on Fridays, sharing a few of my favorite hotels around the world...so to kick things off, let's head to Singapore!

 My father had the opportunity to take a round the world trip back in the 1970's...his group stayed at all the world's best hotels at the time. Hands down, his favorite was Raffles Singapore. One of his greatest wishes was to take my mother back there to see it. Sadly, that never happened as my dad passed away prematurely. I had the pleasure of staying at Raffles twenty years later and am not the least bit surprised it was my dad's favorite...it is one of my favorites too.
