This week has me dreaming of Charleston, South Carolina ~ beach houses with wide porches and swings...live oak trees dripping with Spanish moss... fried green tomatoes, pimiento cheese and shrimp 'n grits at Hominy Grill (one of my favorite restaurants EVER)...Carolina beach music (listen here)...

 My niece, Ashley, is getting married near Charleston, South Carolina this Spring and the whole family will be gathering to celebrate. I just booked six plane tickets, so I truly have South Carolina on my mind. Needless to say, I cannot wait!

Back tomorrow with more travel planning....in the meantime, I am off to re-read my favorite Pat Conroy novel and dream of the low country!
